Our calibration and service programs are built around complete customer satisfaction. At Slaughter, we absolutely provide the best value for your service and calibration needs.

We make sure that our technicians are expertly trained on our products. This means that your Slaughter Electrical Safety Tester will receive the most comprehensive service possible, including all required updates to the products. Our technicians also have exclusive access to the most current product specifications ensuring that your Slaughter Electrical Safety Tester will be up-to-date when it leaves our facility.

Most importantly, calibrating your instrument at our facility will automatically extend its product warranty for an entire year. We provide the opportunity to extend your warranty for up-to three years! It is impossible for a calibration house to match this value!

We have also established the quickest turn-around time in the industry so that you do not need to wait for your instrument any longer than necessary. We guarantee that our calibration work is done within 24 hours and our service work is done within 48 hours.

Returning your instrument to us is an easy and simple process. When you are ready to send in your instrument contact our customer support department for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. This allows us to expedite the processing of your instrument. You can contact us at 1-800-504-0055 for an RMA number. We will just need the model number and the serial number of any instrument you wish to return. We will also need a shipping address to return your instrument as well as a billing address for all relevant invoicing.

• Include the RMA Number on the outside of the box and the packaging slip
• Use the box that was used for original shipment
